This is something that I seemingly cannot "not do".
I'm talking, of course, about the dreaded "double-handed handshake". Whenever I shake somebody's hand, it's as if a secret biological function forces me to put my other hand on top of theirs.
I am by no means what one would call a "cool guy" in these parts of London, but I feel that this kind action, somehow further taints my already non-outstanding reputation. If I do give out a gay vibe, shaking my hand is the moment when people think to themselves "yes, he can't not be. poor Jessica".
So, people, please excuse me next time I meet you. I do not do it on purpose and will seek hypnotic treatment promptly.
